in this country i live, it seems like the government care less about the occupants of the country. They talk about freedom to execise humsn rights, but, such things dont exist here.

Call out the government for their wrong doings, and they will eact in an unfavourable way.

price of goods and services.

The price of goods and service are rising, faster than the rising star.

Just few years ago, about 5 years ago, fuel was at 200 per litter. Though we complained about the increase in price, we were stll managing it, as the price of other goods, was not affected. Fast forward to 2024, the price has rised up to a thousand two hundred naira. crazy enough, there is no hopes for the price to reduce.
A grape-vine info i got, was that the head of state, has a family owned refinery outside the country, where he exports oil to, refine there, then bring it back to sale at a high price.

Things are happening, but then, we arre powerless in front of these people. Everyone is just hoping to survive and make it out alive.
