I am used to the routine of the 5am club, you wake up at 4:45am prepare yourself in 15 min, and then exercise for 20 min from 5:00 to 5:20, then you start planning your day 5:20 to 5:40, and then learn something new from 5:40 to 6:00... then you can start your day
