I read your post. Here, if the politicians do anything, they leave them by any means, either by paying them money or by talking to big politicians. And if he was poor, they would have put him behind bars because no one would stand behind him.
I agree with you that the government should consider this but no one is ready to listen to anything. Your Clean Planet work is next level.
