This is the dish that my son and I prepared today. Simple but wholesome ingredients like roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds, roasted walnuts, zucchini, eggs, a variety of spices, and a lot of love go into making this dish. After 35 minutes in the oven, the outcome was incredibly tasty and greatly enjoyed by all of us.

I appreciate it. I'm attempting to influence his lifestyle and education. I'm quite concerned about how heavily today's youth rely on processed foods, and seeing them consume crab scares me more more because in the long run, everyone has to bear some sort of burden.

simona.palermiti totally agree with you. The ingredients in all our day to day intakes are not a healthy option. There needs to be more education in this area but most of all, I wish we wouldn't have to be so careful. The products out there should have healthy ingredients already in them for people to be well nourished and eat healthy
