I’ve been exploring creating my own recipes for awhile now. I’ve been a professional baker years ago and I quitted after adopting my new diet that excludes gluten , diary and sugar. It is all part of my creative process and I enjoy it.
simona.palermiti I do the same thing since I mostly eat an intermittent Ketogenic Diet. I don't have a problem with gluten though. Most of the recipes are pretty bad, so I've been experimenting and perfecting them. I'll probably start to share some in the future.
AlphaHippie Yeah, don't even bother to purchase gluten-free items from supermarkets; they are produced so poorly and are jam-packed with preservatives. At least you know what it contains if you are doing it yourself, which is great.

Honestly, it’s not easy especially when they don’t eat grains, dairy and sugar. I’ve been on this path for awhile and I’m still exploring. But hey… who wants easy stuff anyway?! 😄
