If you're holding SME then you're financially incentivized to give content creators a reason to stick around. What good is your million SME that you're earning every week, if no new users are coming in to buy it?

Imagine if the early BTC crew just decided "let's not get anyone else involved in this shit, we can get the whole block reward to ourselves every time!"

Yeah that's great, now you have 25 BTC worth 3 cents each instead of 0.25 BTC worth $11,000 because you forgot to capitalize on the network effect.

Some weird shit going on around here, turn your voting power down to 1% if you're that worried about it and go drop a couple likes on a quality piece of content on somee.blog when you see it.

It benefits you to do this. Community is everything. Without it the platform dies.

Haha Hive calls it ReHive. We could probably call it that on here realistically since we're on Hive, but that would be limiting in the future.

Remee sounds dumb but also catchy. I think that could work maybe lol

I try to upvote anyone who posts decent stuff, regardless of how much voting power they have. Is there an easy way to find posts from new users? I would definitely make a point of giving some extra upvotes to new users to help get them engaged.

I just recently learned this. Hive is layer 1 and the diverse dapps built on Hive is layer 2, but the community is layer 0. I also didn't know this fact, but the recently released LeoFinance Whitebook Version 1.0 taught me this.

Anyway, I tagged my recently published Hive story with someeofficial, but I couldn't see it even among the recent posts. Did I missed something? Or do I need to repost it here on SoMee?
