The prospect of resuming my workouts and reclaiming my daily routine fills me with a renewed sense of determination and purpose. It's time to reignite the discipline that fuels my physical and mental well-being.

While it's crucial to prioritize fitness and productivity, I also recognize the importance of balancing these pursuits with moments of leisure and connection. Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, carving out time for family and friends is essential for nurturing relationships and fostering personal fulfillment. These interludes serve as reminders of life's joys beyond the realm of work and exercise.

Actually it took me a month and half to finish my medical because they found out that I have a breathing problem, but it was a false result so all good for me
