** Braving the Chill - 45 Minutes Jogging in Cold Weather**
Undeterred by the cold, a 45-minute jog around the subdivision invigorates the senses, turning chilly winds into a refreshing challenge.

** Warming Up - 15 Minutes of Active Warm-Up**
Returning home, a 15-minute warm-up session elevates the heart rate and readies the body for a focused workout.

An intensive 30-minute workout without equipment ignites the muscles and builds strength, demonstrating resilience against the external chill.
