ingredients:

3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Or half a glass of milk
2 cups white flour
200 grams of butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs

Preparation method:

1- Mix the egg with vanilla and sugar in a bowl and stir for at least three minutes until it becomes creamy. Then add oil and milk and mix again until you have a smooth and smooth mixture.

  1. Sift the flour several times to lighten it, then mix it with baking powder and add a spoonful to the egg mixture and mix gently and evenly with a spoon.

  1. Grease the bottom of the cake pan with oil. Pour 3 tablespoons of plain cake batter in the middle of the pan.

6- Without shaking the mold, pour 3 tablespoons of cocoa yeast right in the middle of the simple yeast. Do not pause and also pour one of the cake yeasts in the middle of the previous part.

  1. You do not need to shake the mold at all or try to spread the cake icing because it automatically spreads and fills the mold. The amount of cake should not be more than 3/4 (three quarters) of the mold.

  1. Put the cake tin in the preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
