My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday's weather was quite changing. It started with thunder storms around mid-day. Then it quickly dried up.

So we took every opportunities for outdoor time. It seems the city might really be planning something behind the front yard. After mowing everything, now they started marking the water lines, and wires. Can you see the blue and orange flags? Like I said, maybe they'll just bring back the street it used to be.

As often, Kaia was in exploration mood.

So I followed her into the forest.

I was surprised Le Chat hadn't joined yet, and thought maybe she stayed inside. But here she was suddenly. After a quick headbutt, they were off to more exploration.

It was warming up too much, but we decided to go on a slightly longer walk in the neighborhood. Squirrels waved at us from several front yards.

The idea was mostly to catch a few reflections as it was now very sunny, but not really to go for a very long walk. But I used the time for a few very long phone calls and we ended up roaming around for over 2 hours!

Finally in the evening, the more severe storms the forecast had been warning us about arrived with heavy rain.

For some reason, Le Chat decided to stay outside, sheltering under the BBQ cover.

Obviously that wasn't enough. When she finally got back inside, she was a wet mess!

Well, the day was a lot more active than I planned, it's efficient to combine our long walks with phone calls! It's been a while since I reached 30k steps I think.
