My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2025

Hey Actifitters,

I still didn't feel great yesterday, but at least the chest pains decreased, the headache was worse though, and lots of pain in the upper back and neck, and everywhere really... All the vitals I could measure, heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, were pretty much normal. So anyways we'll see... Le Chat didn't seem to be bothered by any of this, she looks so boss on the dog bed outside.

I gathered all my energy for our daily walk, the weather was too great to pass up.

Of course it was a good opportunity for the sisters to hang out together and explore.

For once I thought we could catch the sunset at the golf course. It looked promising when we started but as we got closer, it seemed like the clouds were going to spoil the show for us.

And indeed, even though it was beautiful, the best part was behind the clouds.

So we just headed to the forest before it got dark. The last colors were vibrant though.

And finally the forest, Kaia could be off-leash, run around and chase critters.

Since we arrived from a different side than usual, she could even decide which trails to walk.

It started to get really dark, and my phone kept telling me I should switch to night mode, but even without it, the last photos were still fine.

During our last loop in the neighborhood, night mode was a must though, as it was fully dark by then.

Well, in spite of these issues, we went for a nice walk and in the end, my step count is pretty good. Let's hope it gets better over the week end.
