My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2024

Hey Actifitters,

To start the month of December and end our long Thanksgiving week end, we finally had a little bit of sun to go with the recent snow. I guess Le Chat enjoyed that because she spent lots of time outside. By the way, she's starting to understand the house I replaced her previous homemade box with is for her. I saw her getting out of it a few times. It only took her a year!

Since I knew she was already outside, we went behind the front yard near the small forest.

Of course, even if she isn't a big fan of the snow, she had to join, she just can't resist!

And of course Kaia joined in as well. They explored together for a while until Le Chat wanted to go back home. But Kaia couldn't fit where she went...

That was our cue to go to our next destination, you guessed it, the bigger forest.

Kaia immediately did what she does best and went on the hunt.

She had no difficulty finding deer, and chased them all over.

When she came back, it was obvious she wasn't ready to give up yet.

She kept looking for clues and scents.

She did find something, not a deer though. It was a bit strange to find this bag out there. Inside, just some new age stuff, like tarot cards. I'm a Satanist, so I don't know much about these things.

Eventually Kaia's persistence was rewarded with more deer to chase.

Rest of the forest walk was uneventful, Kaia was tired chasing all these critters anyways. On the way back, we saw smaller critters and she didn't even try anything.

A couple of long phone calls, and a few play sessions in the yard were just enough to get me over the bar for #poprzeczka competition. Probably the last time for November session though, I really don't see myself going over 32k steps this week.
