My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2024

Hey Actifitters,

When we saw on Friday evening that Saturday was going to be a hot one, my friend invited me to the swimming pool, followed with a BBQ. Obviously I couldn't refuse, but I also had to completely change my day. First I had to wake up much earlier than usual, and run lots of errands. It brought some steps, but once again the main fitness activity was our daily walk with Kaia. But first, some time in the yard with Le Chat.

Then off to the forest behind the front yard.

Kaia started her usual exploration.

She was quickly joined by Le Chat who tried to be stealthy again, but there's no way she can sneak up on Kaia.

Then Kaia was like 'Should we go in?'

Of course we did, because we were a bit short on time to go to the bigger forest.

Not as the other forest, especially no trails. But it's pretty cool too.

Even Le Chat followed us in. Not all the way to the end though.

I thought we still had a little more time, so we added some distance in the neighborhood, as often, but mostly different streets.

And it was time to go to the swimming pool! Had fun, and it was a pretty good work out too! Of course, absolutely not enough compared to all the food and drinks calories that followed, but it's better than nothing. And the relaxing view with the geese and the swans is pretty cool too after the pool.

And finally the last daylight before starting aperitif!

Turned out very different from the original plan, but it was a very good day. Not enough steps for my #Macfit duel, but I doubt I could have made it in any case.
