There was no place to hide, not anymore for the thieves, they have been making waves in the city, sending threats to all who cared to listen. You can imagine a thief, who decide to send the letter of his coming to the street he is coming to rob. The audacity, the effontry, the boldness all wrap into one single.

The police 🚨 aren't helping, there manpower is limited to there boldness, a corrupted level of government parastattal, a decaying society and an endless dirty money laundering scheme.

These are all what this thieves relied on and went berserk on the city, plaguing it as if nothing happened.
