Thank you for your response, Yes I do that with the form data but I need to refresh the component because of the image, I need the url to display the image after the user changes it.

There is a method in nextjs called revalidatePath, you pass the path you want to revalidate to it, eg revalidatePath(‘/profile)
it is called only in server components
You can use router.refresh() in client components
this will refetch never data from the server
or if you r using tanstack query, just invalidate the query that fetches profile data
small api call them don complicate
