Some people have already mastered pain to the point that they don't even feel anything at all whenever something bad happens they don't have any sympathy or empathy towards what has happened they rejoice no matter what acting like a clown or a joker.

This kind of people needs to be taken care of as they have become patients in psychiatric hospitals but the psychiatric and not even identify these people as being mentally demented.

The only solution to this is to make sure that almost everyone goes through one psychological test or the other to be certain they are psychologically fit to handle so many life issues and challenges. So many people who are downcasted deep inside and they don't even have anyone to help out nor is there any help nearby.
