Do you own a company or is this like Union members in your local group of friends or something?
I am the spider in the spiderweb and those are the subcontractors I hire and done so for 12-14 years boende and not using many other ones, so these become "mine", but they do run their own businesses:)
I could have employed Many times over but I lock it up and go 6-8weeks Every winter so freedom was more worth to me than to earn money and keep the company rolling even during low season in the winter
