The interesting thing about your experience is that you got to learn a very important lesson from it. And, I think this is a valuable lesson for everyone because the ability to manage time properly is something that needs to be taken seriously.

I've been practicing a pattern that involves getting myself ready before an appointment time so I will be in place few minutes before the scheduled time for the appointment.
