This character is so hilarious even without mentioning that it is so obvious he is, he is a protagonist made by Eiichiro Oda.
Do you know that this guy's weakness is swimming, he is a terrible swimmer and he also loses his strength when he is in contact with the ocean or sea rather.
Despite he hilarious looking face he still got the ladies eyes on him and the Pirate Empress was the victim of his love, her name is Boa Hancock and also the Snake Princess of alm female tribe got her eyes locked on him.
