Chief Wiggum from the Simpsons, I don't really know much about this guy but when I saw him eating lots of doughnuts and the picture was kinda CATCHY I decided to try him out, and It's really funny how people categorize police as people who love doughnuts. This drawing took me a hell lots of time, the inner shades had to even give the doughnuts their own shades. I wanted to push further on adding a blur to it but I looked and said perfect.
