I am on the advisory board of One Roq and so I have an extra interest in the company success. We're raising 3M and have raised 2M since our first listing on Startengine back in 2018. We have chosen to not lost on Startengine or another equity crowdfunding portal for our raise as we felt the fees were no longer worth it and I personally do not feel startengine to be worth it anymore.
