Night Duty

It looks like I have added some weight during the Christmas holiday and the New Year. I think I will have to start some exercises and intermittent fasting to shade some weight.

Anyways, I am on night duty at the moment and it's going to be like this for the next 7 days. I don't like night duty because it's the longest and the most engaging, not to mention how tiring it is.
