It sometimes happens to my kitties as well -- being jumpy that is. !LOL I sometimes think it's 'coz they did something naughty and were afraid I'd catch them 😆 The outdoor kitties are mostly on alert esp. when it comes to other folks. They somehow know which ones are good or bad to them. I'm learning from observing them. 😉
