The Christmas Season Is Eventful For Me
Christmas holiday is always characterized with lots of events, a times I get to wonder why most people have to push their events to the Christmas season and the only thing I get to reason from it is, it is a times when most people feel it's best to stay with their friends and family to share some love and good memories.
Mostly during the ending of the year as this my calendar gets stocked that hardly a weekend that is not fully booked, sometimes I just help myself in some ways so that I will not be so stressed.
Hivedebs Plan For Christmas Break
The event of the season began immediately we stepped into the month of December, just last weekend the first event was settled. The weekend was booked for a training that held in Abuja. Soni had to travel all the way for the event which we had in attendance people from different parts of my country.
Coming weekend 8th to 10th will meet me in a village where we will be going for an outreach, we normally host outreaches for times in a a year, so this time we will be moving to a town to spend some good to with them.
The next weekend I will be around my locality though there is another event for the weekend but atleast I don't have to travel. On 15th my children will be having their Christmas Carol. My son has been singing the event as a song for me, he even sing the songs for me and I enjoy it so much.
The next week is back to back for me...oh my God!!. It's been a long time I traveled to see my parents, so this time God willing I will be going to be with my parents, friends and cousins this time. It's going to be my brothers big day celebration, so as the first daughter as just have to be there. The other time I missed one of my brothers wedding too because then I just put to birth and there was no way I could travel so I decided to stay back. Not just to go and enjoy, I will also be going for market survey 🤪🤪🤪, after spend so much I need to have a way to recover, you know nah🙄🙄🙄.
The wedding will be taking place on 28th December at my mother's place, yeah my brothers wife to be is from my mother's place so that will be a very good time for us to reunite with my cousins. Some of them we have not met for more than ten years and they are already anticipating to see me during this time.
As we come out from the Celebration, I am making my way back to the base because I need to come and spend sometime with my husband's family too, also the 1st of January is going to be our annual Program. Hmmmm, a times i really don't want to think about all the events so I will not be carried away. Not forgetting my daily blogging too.
Christmas season is a time that is widely celebrated by many and most people look forward for the season to come, the joy is different and the atmosphere say a lot about it. There are lots of expenditure to be taken care of. Just the transportation to my places alone worth more than $17, people will look into you for something, especially one that they have not seen me for a long time.
Going through the reason I have seen that I need a lot of contentment, taking it one day at a time. In as much as the earth remains and God still bless me with live, Christmas will come again. The most of all is to be grateful for what I have at hand.
