It has been about 14th months since I have filed a lawsuit against the Ohio Bar admission office. I stilling waiting on the the district judge to issues his ruling over the case; however, I'm have been working hard on appeal, if on does happen, to the 6th circuit court of appeal. I have about 30 page, which is about close to the max for an appeal for a De Novo appeal.

I have to Charges with the EEOC against the University Of Miami. First one is for religious discrimination and the second one is for retaliation. I am going to sue them for sure

I been through the eeoc for a wrongful termination lawsuit which ended poorly for me mainly because the 180 day time limit the EEOC gives you the right to sue letter which really hurt me financially

The EEOC does not have immunity. You don't need their right to sue letter to actually sue. If they dare hold the Employer who violated Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, i will be suing their agency as well.
