I brought some goodies from M&S as I find M&S do some really good quality food products. Quite pricey compared to other supermarkets so its only for special occasions.

Gudheart Awww, see if you can get him enrolled into some activities like golf, snooker, swimming or gym if he's up for it and can. That should help keep his mind off of his age and keep him busy and active.
