I had to grab a couple of things from the supermarket today for my dads birthday on Saturday. I decided to park quite far away from the entrance so I could get more steps and burn a few more calories.



The weather is scorching in the UK so it was a bit of a struggle but I managed to reach 6000 steps on my stepometer.



The only slight issue...I ended up getting ice cream from McDonalds on the way home to help cool me down ‍. I blame the weather!
