A video that may prove Cooties Cultist already existed in 2005

Weirdest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. An insane doctor in what appears to be a video of the year 2005 talking about creating a Vaccine to decrease the VMAT2 gene (The Gene of Sprituality), in Middle Eastern populations which he describes as being fanatics.
If anyone has further information about this situation and if any of this has anything to do with what we know today as Rona Cooties Virus and Vaccinations please provide additional information and/or post about it and link me to the post.
