I heard that Desantis is trying to pass a bill to further infringe on the rights of the private individual bringing about more State Control (Socialism).
Yes, as much good as he has done in Florida, with this bill that he is furthering according to what i understand, he is shooting himself in the foot. Please correct me if im wrong in the comment section.
But here is what he intends to do briefly from what i understand. He wants to make it a crime against the State for a private citizen to have an illegal immigrant in their property. This crime would be punishable by 5 years in jail, and if the immigrant is a child it is punishable by 15 years in jail.
I strongly believe that who a private citizen wants to have in their house is the business of that private individual, not the State's business. The Collectivist Socialist ideology is destroying the world. If only people realized how stupid it is to say that because some undocumented individuals are bad, that means all undocumented individuals are bad.

The energy and resources they put into searching for unregistered immigration and jailing them can also be used in searching for them and getting them registered. We just need to show a little kindness.
I believe that if they are breaking the law by coming illegaly. Why would the State legislators want to pass a bill into law that investigates a private individual for having an illegal person in their car or property? That is not the States Business. The person that is illegal will have no life no matter what until they become legal if they ever do. The illegal person should be responsible for his own actions. Not the person that decided to give the illegal a place to live or gave him a ride. That is the problem with the Collectivist Socialist ideology that we need to erradicate. People get blamed for what others do or don't do. That is why i repeat time and again, essentially, that the Collectivist ideology is childish and stupid.

True every individual should bear the consequences for there actions and not dragging others into it. I just see in my own way that if the bill is passed it would cause more harm than good. I can't seem to wonder if they actually put thing into consideration before bringing it out to everyone.
