I am now waiting for the University of Miami's position statement. My EEOC investigator is reviewing it before he sends it to me. I am curious to see how they will try to defend their obvious discriminatory position. The University of Miami must be under the impression that we are still under Jim Crow laws prior to 1964, they are living in the past. They have no legs to stand on, and will have to change their illegal Policies or they will get sued.

I will keep you guys posted about their position statement. I'd love to see what they say.
