Decided to move a chunk of funds to Kucoin but have run in to an issue. When i try to trade they ask for a trading password, 6 digits. Never have i set one up so i don't know it.
Now need to verify and they keep rejecting my verification. Not happy, funds are stuck until they decide they are happy with my verification.
If i get these funds back, i'll be transfering them and never using the exchange again. Beware of Kucoin.
