MY PERSPECTIVE ON TRUE HAPPINESS

In life, everyone has a motivational factor based on our uniqueness and individual differences.
In response to the focus for week 76 edition 1 I would like to title it as my perspective on true happiness.

Is not everything that makes one happy. Try and discover yours.

what's happiness?

Let me say the opposite of happiness is sadness. Happiness is a state where psychologically an individual is excited, filled with joy as a result of an achievement or something good.
Happiness is dependent on what happened.
Happiness also entails when sadness is replaced with gladness,peace, joy etc.

what's true happiness?

As I earlier stated not everything makes an individual happy. True is when someone is emotionally balanced, excited when a goal is achieved or something good has happened. True happiness is deduced when you do the right thing at the right time.

my perspective on true happiness.

My perspective on this subject might be strange based on my own make up.
I have few factors that I normally considered which propels me to true happiness. Ever since I was growing up, there's this passion I have about people and once such task is accomplished,I become happier than everyone around me.

What I regard as true happiness is when a render a selfless service to humanity. Anytime I give an assistance to an individual or I reach out to rural areas Wow I suddenly become very happy. Therefore I define true happiness as when a goal or purpose is attained it suddenly creates over joyous mood in me.

Let me share the most recent experience I had about this. We were in a programme just last weekend. People came around from different spheres of life endeavour especially the rural areas. I realised that these people will be very hungry before we would proceed to the next section of the programme therefore I called the chairman for us to work out modalities of feeding these people. After taking the attendance, we realised that about 80persons were around for this event.

We went and got some soft drinks and snacks so that they can take light refreshments. Immediately we bought the items, we were able to share virtually everyone. myself and the chairman couldn't get. I wasn't bothered at all because most of the people were served hence I became so happy. Truly what gives me joy and happiness is when I pay a sacrifice for humanity.

I have been privileged to be trained on how to set goals for both short and long terms. Anytime I see myself attained any of the goals I become truly happy and excited.

Let me share this one also, I have a passion of working with the youth. I am a teacher and an inorganic chemist as well. Anytime I found my self teaching chemistry hmmm is like the most remarkable day for me because life is transformed and personally I have been fulfilled.

CONCLUSION

All factors mustn't be in order before I become happy because I can create the environment to make myself happy. My happiness is not solely dependent on third party but first and foremost is me.
True happiness might cost me but since it makes me feel fulfilled, I wouldn't mind the cost implication.
True happiness last if is really what gives you pleasure and satisfaction.
