I'm pleased to share with you today the importance of personal hygiene as a gate way to sustainable health development. In this season, many people pay negligence to their personal health. I strongly believe that if the body system is not in a good shape, it will definitely affect the output of any work that an individual would do in the planet.

Personal health is the first priority that shouldn't be taken for granted. Someone recently refused to take breakfast though not fasting ooo. This really caused a breakdown during his productive hours hence work was retarded. Later when he had eaten something, he was refreshed and activated to face more tasks before the end of the day.

I will counsel that in this season one shouldn't neglect the intake of food especially in the morning to avoid ulcer and other deadly diseases. There's need to eat periodically and good food for that matter. It's always important to consider balanced diet. Another thing is to take good water. Take a glass of water. Use a mask to cover the nose.
