MY CLEANING ACTIVITY FOR SATURDAY 2-3-2024

Today is another beautiful day. Saturdays are normally for festivity around this axis whereas others go to church for worship. As for me it was not a dull moment at all because I had to do the needful by ensuring a cleaned serenity. From my previous post, I had been sharing on waste management especially in the area of principle of waste management.*

Today, I want to share on why classify waste and hazard of poor waste management. Many take waste management for granted and also don't consider their health. We classify waste in order to identify wastes with hazardous potential. These kind of waste could cause negative impact on both human and the environment.

Hazard of poor waste management includes foul odours. These kind of areas should be identified and proper precautions be taken. Recently I noticed a foul odours around a particular side when I was walking with my wife. Stagnant water or pool becomes a breeding ground for mosquito, flies and disease vector. When you don't properly managed this it will certainly give rise to other health issues. Even fire outbreak too could cause hazard when care isn't taken.

I have been able to pick up garbages and other dirts. It was recycled properly.
