FULFILLING MY GOAL DESPITE STRESS WITHIN 24 HOURS
In response to the theme for week 84 edition 1 which revolves around what I did within the last 24hours. Immediately I stumbled on the theme, it didn't take me long time to put up the writing because it was a fruitful but stressful day for me.
The day began with a return from a three days programme. It was a wonderful moment because I had the privilege to impact lives which is synonymous to my passion for human capital development. It was a journey to the outskirt of my town.
Early in the morning at about 4am on Sunday, I started preparing my things to exit from the community that was visited because I negotiated with the driver to come pick us by 6:30am. I noticed that the driver is a very principled man and a notable elder statesman in the society therefore he's committed to every kind of promises. One of the things that initiated the stress was the packing of the items used into the vehicle. The generator had to be kept on top of the vehicle and tight with other things. And offloading was quite time and energy demanding too but I had to go through the process. The driver kept to his words and came at almost the exact time. We got to my destination at just some few minutes pass seven. I was so happy because I had some other spare time to attend to the outline of goals for the day.
One of the things that keeps me going in the journey of life is setting of goals and ensuring that such goals are achieved. This wasn't far from how I utilise my twenty four hours. In my agenda for the day is attending church service in my local assembly because the pastor posted to us was leaving that same morning and I just have to be in the service. Sincerely it wasn't a palatable decision to make but had to do it because I was exhausted. Goals must be achieved if not procrastination is not the best option for me. My wife quickly put water on fire so that I can take my bath before going to church. After bathing behold I was hungry and had no option than to eat some noodles which later I now got a motorcycle to drop me at the church.
Hmmm here am I trying to fulfil my goal in the church but sleep couldn't allow me because I was so tired. I managed to stay in the church till closure but ask me what did I learn? Hahahha I would tell is just sleep and sleep. Kash immediately after the service I rushed home to take enough rest. Sometimes you would discovered that some parts of the body aren't cooperating or functioning well due to lack of rest. Immediately I woke up I was refreshed and ready to achieve the last goal for the day.
The last goal for the day was going to my pastor house in the evening to pack things, carry mattress back to the owner. The mattress was big such that I found it difficult to Carry it on my head so we had to fold it into and inserted it in between myself and the rider. That's how I managed to go drop it before I finally returned home to have a final rest for the day.
It was a hectic day but goal fulfilling moment.
Rest is very important because it helps to revitalise one and gets you ready for the next task.

Yes so. Thanks for the input
Once goals are set it is an obligation to see them through even at the expense of our comfort. Thankfully you were able to do that.

Setting your goals is the best choice which really helps a lot. I am glad to know that you are always encouraged to fulfil your goals. You really do have a great time everyday with full of energy set for your goals like very potentions towards what you want. The amazing part is that you already know what you want and that’s the solution to everything.
