CLEANING ACTIVITY FOR THURSDAY 7-3-2024
Today is Thursday being 7-3-2024 and I'm excited to drop this post on how I kept the planet cleaned. Yesterday I was complaining about the weather as if God was listening to me. The heat really reduced yesterday and my kids slept like baby.
I started in my previous post highlighting some security tips necessary to keep the house. Today, I will further share on how personal security concerns the office. The rate of robbery is getting at its peak here. Necessary steps must be taken to secure even our offices. These tips are;
All doors leading to the offices must be locked before leaving and hand over the key to the personnel in charge or at a designated place.
Another point is avoid keeping shared key under the carpet or foot mat. Another security tips is all unwanted documents should be well destroyed if it's possible it can be shredded. Another tip is that sensitive information should not be published on the organisation website to avoid tapping of information and other cyber crime. Another security concern is to avoid leaving visitor alone in the office especially if you have some money in the drawer.
