The Subconscious

Its been a lovely weekend and a beautiful start of the week. There were many engaging moments and new things I learnt and experienced. I loved all of it but sadly I wasn’t able to draw during these processes. When I came back from church today though, I ate and took a nap. When I woke up, I took my sketchpad and pencil and started hunting for references. I found this beautiful rough sketch on Pinterest and took a shot at replicating it.

It is strangely cold today because of the rain that fell overnight. As a result, I wore a kind of sweater to church today as am outfit. I guess it was the same consciousness that led me to pick this girl as my subject today. How the mind works! 🤔
