Splinterlands Art Contest Week 343; Dark Arborist

There is always a first time for everything and in this case this is the first time the Dark Arborist is being featured on my blog. The mushroom hat makes her look a little bit like Madcap Magnus but just as I am writing this, I realized I haven’t drawn him either. It’s almost as though these mushroom headed fellows always elude me even though I am aware of them.

I might as well just pick up a series. Maybe I’ll start with the mushrooms and then the mycelias, the venari, pyro etc.
That my friends is one thing I love about the splinter verse, it is inexhaustible.
The other day I was having a conversation with my brother and he was telling me how he loved the fact that I was trying out new creatures. I got the credit but I can’t claim it. The artists behind these cards are doing a wonderful job.

And now for the main event, I bring you a slightly background filled piece. The idea is that she is standing in front of a forest and about to strike and opponent she had earlier trailed. This seems intense but I just had to make her cute 😁
