Splinterlands Art Contest Week 288; Pirate Captain

This time I wasn't able to meet up with my digital art. I've started it though and would've finished but there is shortage of power in my current location so I was only able to go as far as the body, cloth and hair. Once I'm done with the face, I will upload it and enter the contest tomorrow.

So as not to miss out on all the fun I decided to make a quick drawing of the Pirate Captain using an old paper I found from my Dad's pile of books. The idea was to create a moody fierce feel that would make the drawing look vintage but it turned out that they were not properly kept and as a result marred the effect I wanted to impress to some extent.
