A Graphite Portrait: The Stare

I did make a couple of fast sketches about a month ago. The aim was to get down the idea in a not too detailed but self-explanatory way. I did the best I could but left out some important aspects like the beards area. Even the parts underneath the nose suffered from this effect.

Through my observations from my little experiment I have come to understand more about art and the way I portray it. And this growth is something I am much grateful for...
