A Graphite Piece; The Lookalike

Few days ago I saw a Marilyn Monroe kind of sketch and in a way I coveted it. Without wasting much time I made my impression of it. It didn’t take much though but the outcome wasn’t as expected. I could tell however that the face was implied and anyone on closer inspection could see my intent.

Today I left my home state to be part of an exhibition. The journey was long but eventful and I went through places I have never ventured before even though I’ve been heading towards that direction for about a year now. It’s always fun trying new stuffs you know.

After the exhibition I attended a conference, a concert and a film show. Honestly I haven’t had this many things packed in a day for a long time and to think that I haven’t slept since morning 🤯
