The Gaze

Yesterday I got home a little later than expected and sadly the person that made me leave my house didn’t show. I called and called but he kept declining it. When I realized that it was past noon and almost delving to sunset, I took my bag and headed home.

When I got home, I ate, took a nap and eventually brought out paper for an illustration. The Sun was almost entire out of the sky at this point and the last rays were scarcely visible.

I quick went through my gallery and I found this magnificent piece. The grading of tones was awesome and had it been I had more time on my hands, I would’ve driven out a more blended figure.
