We need to be grateful for what we have and how far we've come. We usually take for granted the little but powerful things we possess.
A regular routine such as waking up and being healthy is no joke as we find people who are not healthy in any way and it's not their fault.
You cannot discredit them nor mock them, it just helps us see that we need to appreciate the good things in our life.
Being healthy is one of the best things that can happen to a person. So, when you are faced with a lot of difficulty, just tell yourself, at least i am healthy...
