Under Occupation || Prompt

This prompt can be seen in different ways, of course we perceive things in different ways. This is why I have chosen to explain the ideas I have about the prompt, it might not be the usual concept but it still follows.

I think this is called "under employment".
It is very common in my locality.
People being paid lesser than they ought to, or people being employed for jobs that are not their set skills or working fewer hours than necessary or employed for a job beneath your set of skills.

And there's the idea of under Occupation also resulting in an undersized house.
I'm not really familiar with that kind of concept but it is looked into.
