Waiters are usually nice, it's part of their job description. Even when the customer is being unruly, they must handle the situation with wisdom.
Despite the rules, some waiters still behave harshly to customers. Some of them pass aggression from their personal life on the customer.
This is why some customers prefer the services of some waiters over some. They enjoy the attention given to them by the waiter, so they request for their service everytime.
