Daily grind is an idiom used to describe the everyday, often boring, tasks or activities that make up a person's daily routine, especially work or chores. Link
Well, it is no news that we have to grind in other to make a living. You have to grind, daily. The only setback is how daily grind is associated with boredom. I love to grind and have fun while grinding, it makes whatever I am doing easy and enjoyable. You work faster when you enjoy what you are doing, that's the easiest way to grind. But if you have a boss that does not give you freedom to make your work enjoyable, that's another problem on your hands. I guess grinding for you is going to be boring and horrifying.
