Crosswalks aid pedestrian to cross the road.
They are white lines painted on a busy road to make vehicles stop for pedestrian to cross the road.
It is a safe space to walk by.
However, there are times where some sick or drunk drivers do not wait at the crosswalks because they were in a hurry, and this has claimed many lives. They do this mostly when there is no official controlling the area.

I think the crosswalks are for everyone.
Some people think the crosswalks are only for children.
They assume only a child needs the direction of a crosswalk to cross the road.
Quite frankly, it is for everyone and the essence is to bring order whole crossing the road.
