The first thing that came to my mind after seeing this prompt is bully, they are synonyms.
When bully is mentioned, our mind goes to our highschool experience of a bully.
But this is beyond the highschool bully, it cuts across various places.
Those with bosses who are bossy.
They suppress their employees.
The boss assumes he owns them since he pays their salary.
In the end, we are all humans and tables turn.
Suppression is bad.
As much as you do not like it, don't do it to others.
The little things can be suppressive too.
