Productivity is not an option for me, it is a necessity.
As a person, you should be productive.
It is a sign you are making progress.
It might not be in a big way.
People make mistake by thinking until you take a big bold step before you can identify yourself as a person making progress, but not so.
The little steps every now and then is a sign of progress, and when done with diligence, you will be productive.
Being productive is the major aim of the work or anything you do.
Without productivity, you will be questioned.
Your work will be questioned, because people will not believe you are actually working. There will be nothing to show for it.
But when you are productive, you don't need to explain to anyone, they will understand once they see your productivity.
