This is why I don't judge people or things before getting the details correctly. Everything is not always as it seems, you do not see everything clearly all the time. Sometimes, you have to see things from another person's perspective or point to view before you can understand the whole picture, this is very important.
Assumptions can be costly too.
Ask questions where necessary.
A simple explanation can shed light to a lot of things, and you would be amazed at the cost of your assumption.
This is why communication is important.
Communicating through a third party is not an effective way to communicate, you have to reach out to the person involved for the major feedback.
